Sweet mornings everyone :),
I woke up with a desire for something sweet but at the same time healthy. As I was morning chatting with mum she proposed that we could bake a banana cake. So, as long as we checked that we had two bananas we begun preparing!
The recipe is very quick and easy! Are you ready?
Preheat the oven. What we need:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 5 tablespoons margarine
- 2 big bananas
First thing we did was melt the two bananas with a fork.
Then we mixed in a bowl the flour, the baking powder, the salt and the soda. In another bowl we mixed with the mixer the margarine with sugar for 4-5 minutes. We then added the flour mix and the bananas on the mixer.
When the mix was ready we put it in a baking form and in the oven for 45 minutes. It’s delicious accompanied with coffee or milk.
